Pastry Workshop  

Suitable for beginners or more advanced pastry aficionados. This class will lead you step-by-step through making pastry products and give you ideas on use of different types of pastry. The class will cover choux, short and sweet paste. We will use ready-made puff pastry for some products.

Includes lunch and you get to take home your creations to show off to your friends and family.

Note: we do not make croissants on this workshop.

Fully hands on class - about 3.5 hours.
