This is one of our most popular classes.  No stress! It's all about being cool in the kitchen! Learn how to prepare and plate an impressive three course dinner for any occasion. Find your balance of entertaining your guests, enjoying yourself and serving a memorable meal. You will prepare an entrée and a main dish followed by a yummy dessert.

Note: Table service and setting are not covered in this class.

Fully hands on cooking - 3 dishes and about 2.5hrs long.
